I will always feel the warmth, strength and happiness that Julie always gave to me. I ate lunch with Julie, went running with her and chatted with her about so many things. I felt like I knew her. Yet, when I read all of these rememberences and I heard people speak at her Memorial Service, I realize that I had only touched a small part of who Julie really was. After thinking about that, I realized that Julie has inspired me to re-evaluate my other friendships. Time is fleeting and maybe I have only taken the time to know a very small part of many of my other friends. Julie has inspired me to slow down, enjoy the small moments, take time with my friends and time to appreciate even more my own three small children. I have her smile in my heart, that twinkle in her eye.... I am constantly encouraged to look more deeply into the richness that is all around me. Thank you Julie.
